To Maryland

Being born here is an honor which requires a new level of excellence to be displayed statewide. The eradication of corruption statewide is not an option it is our standard. Maryland will be the new capital of wealth and affluence in America because this is where I Am. 

There will be many changes that all equate to better living for everyone here. Maryland will be the first smart state in the world. Providing a baseline for the entire world to follow on land redevelopment, people empowerment, and wealth creation. 

Let’s crack open the crab and get to the meat of unity as we clean up our state to ensure there is no homelessness, poverty, or criminal activity. We need major renovations especially in the city of Baltimore which is our capitol. There will be no misappropriation of land or allowing our native born residents to be pushed out of areas for gentrification any longer. We will rebuild everything that is old, tear down what oppressed, and reconstruct spaces to allow for monitored and constructive tourism that enable us to stay wealthy while ensuring the safety of residents and tourist. 

We will provide reports on all neighborhood markets, community spaces, and housing development not in alignment with code to ensure proper attention. Effective immediately, Maryland has a requirement of community investment for any  company/corporation that is born or comes into our state. I will set guidelines for the management and display of commercial buildings to ensure companies not only invest in the community but they also keep our state beautiful in the process of conducting business. 

Maryland will redefine the tax system to support the wealth of members.  Citizens are subjects which we are not. We are members of a state. All Marylanders should prepare for smart city which is an application to ensure the safety and transparency of all members, while facilitating an upgraded living experience for adults and children. 

The inner harbor the staple of Maryland will be rebuilt to a standard that attracts residents for the enjoyment of all cultures. If we love it, tourist will love it more.
