Overcoming Abuse

Overcoming the trauma you have experienced starts with not blaming yourself for the ignorance of the person that hurt you. This world has been disgusting and that is not a reason for you to think that what happened to you is okay. It is not and was not.
Sometimes the apology you need is the one that doesn’t come, but you don’t need an apology to unapologetically be the very best version of you. I know what the violation of your person feels like, I know the blockages you create to try and protect yourself when people you have trusted have violated you at the most vulnerable times of your life.
Today reclaim your power and stand tall as you shed the past of what hatred has been. Become a beacon of light to protect those who come after you. Become a beacon of hope by taking back your power and living your life unapologetically.
You matter, you are valuable, and no matter what anyone says, you did not deserve what happened to you. Use your story to ensure we are able to help create the protocols needed to educate the world on the effects of the experience you had. To many times reports are ignored or the report was never made.
I’ve seen it happen in families, in facilities that are suppose to protect children, in foster homes, and this is the official eradication of it. If you made it through and would like to support other people struggling to make it through, you assistance and guidance is wanted and needed.
I pray for your peace, and your recovery. Your life matters.
