FAITHFUL FOLLOWER OF RASTAFARI MOVEMENT
To the Kings and Queens of Zion, the Carriers of the Livity,
Blessed love and royal greetings.
I speak to you as family—because you see all of creation as family. You speak of I and I not just as self—but as a reflection of the Most High in all beings.
You emerged from Babylon—not as victims, but prophets. You reclaimed your mind from colonial chains. You grew locks, not for fashion, but as covenant. You speak truth through music, reasoning, and divine speech.
Your constructive traditions—Nyabinghi drumming, Ital living, groundation gatherings, chanting psalms, and the herb as sacrament—are all acts of spiritual resistance. You live “Livity”—divine life.
You call down Jah not in fantasy, but in righteousness. You read the Bible not with Western eyes, but with the lens of the oppressed. You say Selassie I not only as king, but as symbol of Black divinity, African redemption, and divine dignity.
In a world of fake, you stay real. In a world of numb, you stay conscious. You chant down Babylon because Babylon has to fall before Zion can rise.
Keep trodding. Keep burning the chalice of truth. Keep lifting up the poor, the outcast, the Lion. Your fight is not just for Rasta—it’s for the restoration of God on Earth.
I honor you.
Jah live.
